Information we collect
We collect account information you provide, business and brand details, products, uploaded media, content briefs, generated drafts, scheduling choices, and support communications. When you connect Meta services, we receive identifiers and permissions for Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts, encrypted access credentials, publishing results, and available performance metrics.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, provide workspaces, generate and store content, connect authorized social accounts, publish or schedule content at your direction, display analytics, prevent duplicate publishing, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and comply with legal obligations.
Meta platform data
RunFloor requests only the Meta permissions needed for the features you choose. We do not sell Meta platform data. Access credentials are protected and used server-side to perform requested actions. You can disconnect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account from RunFloor at any time.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, database, authentication, AI-generation, and social-platform providers necessary to operate RunFloor. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account or workspace remains active and as reasonably needed for security, audit, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. We use access controls, tenant isolation, private storage, encryption for social credentials, and human confirmation before publishing. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may review or update account and business information, disconnect social accounts, and request deletion. Disconnecting stops future access but may not remove content already published to a social platform. See our User Data Deletion instructions.
Children and international use
RunFloor is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Privacy questions may be sent through the public support options on our Support page.
