Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern use of RunFloor Marketing, provided by STRAND CONSULTING GROUP LLC. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and have authority to act for any business or social account you connect.
Your account and content
You are responsible for account security, the accuracy and legality of submitted information, and all content you approve or publish. You retain ownership of your content and grant RunFloor the limited rights needed to store, process, generate, schedule, and transmit it as you direct.
Connected platforms
Your use of Facebook, Instagram, and other services remains subject to their terms and policies. Platform availability, permissions, and API behavior can change. RunFloor does not control or guarantee third-party acceptance, reach, or availability.
AI-assisted material
AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate. You must review facts, claims, rights, and suitability before approval. RunFloor requires human approval and separate publishing confirmation but does not replace your legal or professional judgment.
Acceptable use
You may not use RunFloor to violate law or platform rules, infringe rights, distribute malware, deceive users, access accounts without authority, evade safeguards, or publish prohibited content.
Service changes and availability
Features may change as integrations and requirements evolve. We may suspend access to protect the service, users, or third parties. Scheduled publishing depends on connected platforms and is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. STRAND CONSULTING GROUP LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, where permitted by law.
Termination and contact
You may stop using RunFloor and request deletion. We may terminate access for material violations. Questions may be directed through the public options on the Support page.
